We have a neighbor down the street who still carries the whole kit and caboodle up in his front yard. I'm thinking the weekend after Christmas was appropriate for taking decorations down.

I guess Gretchen Wilson's song inspired ppl to do otherwise in the south.

Indoor decorations put away - Outdoor lights and decorations still up for Epiphany (3 Kings Day - which is today).

I probably should not have lit all the towers this year, I've just been so busy. 136967516_c5ded30d7d.jpg

We've always waited until after my birthday (the 12th night of Xmas).

Xmas isn't over until then so it's usually the weekend following. They will come down this weekend after my B-day celebrations. icon_smile.gif

All of my decorations are still in their box on the floor where I put it about a month ago. So, yes my decorations are still up from the storage locker.

Let's see, that branch which is supposed to represent a christmas tree is still crucified on the wall, baring all the 'decoration'... for probably another month...

Outdoor lights & wreath down, tree not yet, likely tomorrow. We've been busy attending functions almost every day, finally went to our storage unit today (condo is too small for storing these things here) to get the box the artificial tree goes into. And the dozen or so big plastic tubs all the other decorations go into. I HATE this annual drill! icon_razz.gif
