    preface
I put this in sexual health forum but no one responded in a day. So I figured I'd place it here to yield 10 responses in an hour before the admins put it back in the sexual health forum lol.

So this is the first time I've ever felt this last night.

    EXPLANATION
During my orgasm last night there was an intense pain in my lower right abdominal area. It felt as if my right nut shot up into my abs and then someone punched it. In fact it felt exactly like I got punched/kicked in the right nut. Except the pain was in my right lower ab are. Sometimes when I orgasm my right nut does in fact lodge up above my dick and I have to push it down (kinda lol). But this time it wasn't particularly high. So it wasn't the actual nut that the pain was coming from. But it was so much pain I slouched to the ground hunched over and stayed there for a minute. Needless to say that was one of the worst orgasms I've ever had. This morning I J/Oed just to see at what level I broke myself. Orgasm was fine as usual with just a very dull broad pain in the same right ab area. It's as if I tore something and it just needed to heal? But who the hell knows what I did. icon_eek.gif

Anyone experience this or know what it is? I know some possible situational triggers to this may have been.
-I took 10 mg of antihistamines an hour ago
-I've been jacking off for an hour
-I've been slouching and I did feel a dull pain off an on in that area thinking it was just poor positioning

Any help would be great. Trying to search for this on the internet was a nightmare. All I got were women's orgasms and ab pain and that's not really applicable to males.

Def see the doctor about it. Could be several things. Happened to me and I had to take antibiotics, Dr said it was a fluke.

Pain can radiate from the actual source to be perceived by us as discomfort at some other site. I remember when I had my appendicitis attack, requiring emergency surgery, and the pain was in the center of my abdomen, directly below my sternum, not where where the appendix is actually located at all.

And when I have a flare-up of my chronic prostatitis, I often first sense it as lower back pain, nothing near my groin. I've also had a pain like you describe, which was an infection of the vas deferens, 2 tubes which transport sperm from the testes, into the pelvic cavity for delivery through the urethra. Another possibility is a kidney stone in one of your ureters, that convey urine from the kidneys to the bladder.

If this pain continues you should see a doctor, who may give you a referral to a urologist.

Thanks guys. I HAVE been having lower back pain actually that feels ambiguous as to where it's coming from exactly. I scheduled an apt with the dr I have been seeing about my back and will ask to go for an MRI.

read one or two things (online) about this, maybe something is wrong with your prostate. But it could be just a nerve malfunctioning cause of over stimulation. Doctor will know best, tell him/her your symptoms.

Lower right side of your abdomen is where your appendix is.

    Had yours out?

Get checked out my brother at a bar was elbowed accidently in the testicals, He was 27 years old when we found out that he had a tumor in his groin the size of an ostrich egg. The doctors said he had cancer cells in his body from when he was developed in the whom that one day he was going to develop it if it had not been for the accidental damage that sparked the cells and got them going. Its not uncommon for males to have it. Luckily it was found in time that it had no time to rupture and spread throughout his body. If your having pain you describe get checked out. Even if you had no tangible damage to the area.

Maybe you hit your g spot. They say that with your partners hip thrust and penis hitting inside, your g spot might have been hit.

In such case, it would cause orgasm, penis cocking up, and actual semen coming out

Do U masturbate a lot ?? I mean if U masturbate even if Ur not aroused then forceful masturbation can cause exhaustive pain since the testicular nerves shoot up the blood to the lower right abdomen...

This! if you masturbate frequently and try to force an erection you are essentially trying to force your penis to do more work. if you masturbate more than three times a day. it is expected to feel that pain.

It's possible you might have a hernia. If you look at the area, is there a slight bump, especially when you flex? Usually, they're not a big deal, but you should definitely get it looked at and fixed (minor surgery).

The exact same kind of pain has happened to me (left side, though) if I go for a long time like that. I don't think it's anything to worry about. Probably just a physical response from staying aroused so long.
