The House of Representatives decided Friday to invalidate the initial votes cast in the new Congress by two Republican congressmen: Reps. Pete Sessions of Texas and Mike Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania.

Other legislative action conducted by the two congressmen was deemed acceptable.

The problem: Sessions and Fitzpatrick missed their official swearing-in on the House floor on Wednesday and weren't yet technically members of Congress when the chamber began its first full day of official business on Thursday.
First, they delete the parts which make them uncomfortable during the time-wasting stunt-reading of the Constitution, then they just ignore it all together.

Way to go, Pugs! You're off to a FABULOUS start.

By the way...WHERE ARE THE JOBS???

P.S.: Would someone please explain to snidebitch why this is "News?" He's not firing on all cylinders these days, and I'm too busy to deal with his brand of inanity today.

P.P.S.: I'm in Florida right now...Pompano Beach. And when the wind comes up from the south, there's a mighty stench.

They also specifically claimed they would be reading the full Constiution, when in fact they actually read an EDITED version of the Constitution.

They left out the parts that made them do icky things like "think" and "reason" and "feel shame."

    Verboten!
