So I actually had to read about these to figure it out because it kept working my triceps and not my pecs. Anywho....

So I guess you're supposed to lift the bar by contracting the inner pectoral muscles, done my pushing the hands inward. My question is, are you supposed to go all the way up? Or do you stop the rep when you get to the highest point you can reach by using that particular contraction? Or does it matter?

Close grip bench presses are working the triceps what ever way you do them either the inner or outer. Depending on which way you hold your hands.

always do them to the most comfortable height.
