What time do you workout?

I have been working near midnight for quite awhile now bout 10pm to 12am.
The only reason I workout this late is I like a quite gym instead of the usual busy crowded gym. Waiting to use the weights are just time waster.

Which leads to my question:what's your fav. time to workout??

Also 10-11 pm for the same reasons stated above. I hate a crowded gym. I'm the kinda guy that plugs in earphones and do my own thing.

On weekends, I might go early in the morning around 7 am.

7 a.m., before going to the office. No motivation to try and squeeze it in at lunch -- too hurried -- and after work or after dinner, I just want to relax. This way it's done (I do enjoy it), I'm pumped and ready for the day, and I've got my evenings free for socializing, movies, or whatever.

Mid day, extra long lunch hour. Gym is less crowded and I've found that the people there are all regulars. Nice to see familiar faces daily and get to know other people who workout at the same time.

On weekdays, either 2pm - 4pm or 6:30am - 8:30am since the gym is across the street from where I work. Weekends usually 3-5pm.

Mine differ's daily. Usually I try to put in enough time to workout (which can be in the mornings sometimes) before I go to work, or sometimes I workout after I get home from my work shift (which can be later on into the afternoon or evening). Just whatever time is best!

Usually anywhere from 9pm to 1 am, it's less crowded and I'm a nightowl. I'm the most focused during these hours.

Usually around 8PM-ish. Usually the crowd is heading home by this time but it's still early enough that I have some energy.

I used to go in the mornings but now I have to get to the hospital by 7am most days, and working out at 5am would be tragic.

Monday - Friday at around noon. My gym isn't very crowded then so its the best time usually. I would never dare go between 4pm and 8pm.

I usually go after work around 6-8pm. It's crowed, but you get to meet a lot of people during the peek hours.

2-4ish. Usually the gym I go to is relatively empty, and I usually only have to share equipment once if at all during a workout.

Late afternoons or evenings have been customary for me since college. I once tried early mornings for awhile but that just wasn't my thing.

Early morning, 6-7:30AM before heading to work. Ideally it would be around 5AM, but the university gym doesn't open that early.

I'm a total morning person, and there's something about the crisp, clean morning air that gets me pumped. As someone said earlier, lunch hour is too rushed and I just want to relax later in the day after work. There's something personally satisfying about showing up to work an hour or so before everyone else, juiced like a hummingbird, and ready to get sh*t done.

I go to the busiest 24 hr fitness in Colorado--insanely busy most of the time. But I go between 1:30 and 3:30 am. I'm really an early morning person and enjoy beginning my day with a good workout--gets my energy level up for the day ahead. After work would just be too crazy because of the crowds!!

Usually around 5:30 or 6am. Few people, mostly old ladies (who love me) and the pools usually cold, but it works for me.

7:30am bike rides on the weekends (and after waking up at 5am throughout the week, 6:30am feels like sleeping in!)

For the most part I go at about 7:30-8am, except when I'm working the early morning shift, then I go after work at 1:30.
