Getting cut and losing fat.

    whats up fellas? Alright over the past few months I gave definately bulked up over the winter and now I am looking to get more cut and get my body fat percentage from around 13% to about 7-8%. Any tips on how to lose the fat without eliminating muscle mass?

    calisthenics, running, 'burpies', and climbing trees are all a good start.

    What's your diet like? If you drop calories and protein too low too fast, you'll lose muscle.
