New Years Resolution

    I FINALLY got a gym membership! My friend and I are working on our own goals, but I was wondering if anyone had pointers for gaining muscle. Unfortunately, due to my Asian metabolism and slim figure, I don't have a lot of fat to work off. It'd be nice to finally be toned, but I rather have a few pounds of muscle on me. I have a work out routine down, but it's the diet that throws me off. I'm considering protein pills, but do they really work? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

    Eat more than your stomach can hold, six times a day.
    Buy a bigger toilet.
