Working out on the road

    I'm pretty new to RJ and working out seriously.

    I'm running pretty regularly, and using the Body By Jake - Tower 200, when I'm home I try to eat better than I did before.

    But I travel a lot for work ,which is anywhere between 1-3 weeks a month, and I dont alway have access to the greatest facilities.

    I'd like to not lose the momentum/progress while I'm on the the road.

    Where can I find a work out routine/ tips?

    Your best exercise partners on the road: The stairs of your hotel and a set of rubber exercise bands. Google or YouTube "exercise bands" and you'll find a ton of full body workout routines.

    I kinda like that idea, since I'm already using the tower 200 it would almost be the same.
