I do have to say there are a lot of sexy guys on RJ, with a lot of muscle and quite fit. Im curious though describe the beginning, when you first started how much you weighed and your first experiences in the gym! and how long it took to get to where you are.
For me i come from as a distance runner, I was a vegan, pale, looked like a kenyan. lol. I weighed about 150lbs, I ran 100miles a week and extra cardio. Until a major injury, then I started lifting. I then had to start eating meat, and was it hard. I could not bench press the bar, I started lifting lighter than some ladies. that was last year though, I started around last year in March. Now I weight 190, added good muscle and sadly some fat.... I run every so often, just slow short ones now, its hard not to wanna run long distance again. Even though I added good amount of muscle i still have a longgggg way to go! Now you?!
