Some people when they are emotional or stressed, resort to comfort food.... and gain weight

Im the opposite.. when Im emotional and stressed, i lose all my appetite, i just cant eat.... people start asking me whats wrong and if Im sick cuz I look so skinny...

    So are you a stress-eater, or a stress-faster?

Undereat. I'm very likely to skip lunch altogether. This is particularly true if I'm very busy at work. I should probably start to keep snacks handy around my office so I can just graze throughout the day.

funny how stress can affect the human condition. icon_exclaim.gif

during the most stressfull time (so far) in my life, when my beloved role model father was visibly going downhill on a daily basis, slowly fighting a loosing battle with cancer and chemotherapy, i was so stressed out that i was sleeping mabye 3 hours a night and shoving food down my throat with both hands, non-stop. icon_cry.gif

yet in that 5 month period i lost at least 30 pounds and 3 levis jeans waist sizes. icon_question.gif

a "friend" started a nasty rumor that i had "caught the AIDS", i lost weight so fast icon_eek.gif
