Would you rather look like you were 70 years old, or feel like you were 70 years old?

Well let me mix this up a bit. wouldn't mind looking 70 at all, as long as feeling 70 isn't any worse than the 57 years that I have on me now. I know !! I bent the rules, but by being over 50 I've earned the right.

Until recently I was able to tell people that I looked thirty, felt ninety. Trust me, I'd rather look ninety and feel thirty.

Definitely, I would prefer to look 70( if I really have to choose).

It terrifies me at times to think that I may become incapable of caring for myself as an elder. Unlike most families, I will be on my own without any support (nor should I expect it) and need to be in good health.

Liz Taylor is a perfect answer to this question, beautiful but crippled.

My 66th birthday is January 30. That's only 4 years from now. If how I look and feel now is any indication, I want to look AND feel 70.

As I write this let me share with you...Sexually, physically and emotionally I feel the best I have EVER felt in my entire life! There are so many men my age that have lost the spark of youth they once had. They let it slip away from them, they grow old, and they never get that youthful spark back again.

Every one of you men here on RealJock, in my opinion, are extremely HOT! All of you muscular, some of you hairy and all of you, overflow with sexuality! But let me tell you about my age group...the older men here, in my age group, are the hottest looking men on any men's website, and I belong to 9 men's websites. None of those sites encourage exercise and health. You guys are HOT!

Good advise from a man who is trying to become wise in his old age...keep exercising, adjust your diet to be weight/height proportional, work every day to improve yourself emotionally, physically and sexually. If you do that you will want to be the awesome man you are when you reach 70 years old!

Do I want to look and feel 70? F**k yeah!

Little over 2 years to my 70th birthday and feel I can say authoritatively that neither looking like 70 or feeling like it is a day at the beach!

Well.I'm not really sure what feeling like 70 feels like but I bet it's not as good as how I feel now, so I'd choose to look 70.

Maybe I'm just endlessly superficial but I'd rather appear to be young. I don't think that necessarily means unhealthiness... both 'looking and feeling 70' are super subjective presumptions. Plenty of men that age not only can look reasonably good, but be quite healthy, too.

I would rather feel 70. There's a study that says people in the later stages of life are more content, satisfied, and generally happier.icon_biggrin.gif

I would rather look 70, being that I like my freedom to move around and not be so depended on people to do things for me.

Well, I'm 72 and will before long be 73. I'm not sure how olde I look, but I really don't feel 72 except sometimes briefly after arising in the morning before I loosen up.
