I have finally decided to start taking creatine again after doing quite a bit of research on the topic. I think that I am going to skip the loading phase and just start out with 10 grams of creatine per day, then maybe back off to about 5 to 7 grams after about two weeks. So here comes the stupid question. Does anyone know how much 10 grams of creatine is in relation to your everyday tablespoon... half a tablespoon, full tablespoon, heaping tablespoon??? I'm sure there have been pervious posts on this subject, but if any of you have suggestions for me after reading my general game-plan (with the creatine amounts and time durations), please let me know. Also, what are your guy's recommendations for the cycling durations? Thanks!

Skip the loading. It's a waste. In case no one else replies, here's a previous discussion..

I tried to convert it, but this is the best answer I could come up with.

10 grams is equal to 0.35 ounces (avoirdupois)

It must be past my bedtime. I could have sworn that said "OVALTINE."

There is no universal relationship between volume (tablespoons) and weight (grams). It depends on the density of the material. For a powder like creatine, it will vary by brand and preparation. You just have to weigh some of it.

Damn, I must be bored. I just weighed a level tablespoon of creatine from bulkfoods.com (old stuff - probably has absorbed some water by now) and it was 12 grams. So a teaspoon would be 4 grams (maybe slightly less for new stuff.)
