I have finally decided to start taking creatine again after doing quite a bit of research on the topic. I think that I am going to skip the loading phase and just start out with 10 grams of creatine per day, then maybe back off to about 5 to 7 grams after about two weeks. So here comes the stupid question. Does anyone know how much 10 grams of creatine is in relation to your everyday tablespoon... half a tablespoon, full tablespoon, heaping tablespoon??? I'm sure there have been pervious posts on this subject, but if any of you have suggestions for me after reading my general game-plan (with the creatine amounts and time durations), please let me know. Also, what are your guy's recommendations for the cycling durations? Thanks!
