....If you or someone dies, is there a way, a provision or a service of some sort that goes out and cleans up or otherwise removes or notifies sites that a person is now dead and their profiles and posts and blogs etc should be removed or in some way, flagged and noted or gathered as part of the persons estate to be managed?
Just curious about how many RJ profiles are of guys that are dead? How do you know?

Wow! Never really thought about this. People come and go from here and other boards all the time. It would be nice to have closure on some of the people that have been missing.

Everyone will know when I'm dead. It will be on national news.

You really bring up an interesting point, Sporty. I know several RJers who
still have their accounts, but they just prefer not to participate any more.. or at least for a time.

If someone died, there may be many here that might think that person has just backed off for awhile. Unfortunately, I doubt that instructions would be left to an executor or trustee to notify RJ if the decedent RJer in fact was deceased....

And this may be a "Chris" question... if RJ is notified that a member may be dead, what would be done (if anything)? Would RJ need to receive "legal"
documentation (like a death certificate) before removing a member?
    Interesting question.

Unno, I have a strange feeling that someone I am living with wants to kill me...
