You need a personal trainer, not a bodybuilder. I know there are way more qualified personal trainers in Fargo than bodybuilders. You just have to search!

Where to eat in Fargo? CAJUN CAFE! Some of the most authentic Cajun food I've ever had. Sweet potato biscuits with cane syrupppppppp..

NeedsomeMuscle saidHey guys! just lookin to see if there are any bodybuilders or personal trainers out here in Fargo, North Dakota to help me get started with bodybuilding.

I will phone my ex-BF in Fargo tonight, and see if he has some recommendations. He had a personal trainer there, in a private gym, but it's a bit expensive.

He also goes to the downtown Y, while I was closer to the Schlossman branch on 19th off of 42nd St South. There's a difference between a regular coach, and a true personal trainer, one costing much more than the other. Your budget will help to guide me regarding how to answer you.

You are a student at NDSU?

    How about a weightlifting class?

Seems kind of counter productive..... He's already thin- so why would you want him to lose more weight?

    Eat (right.)

Yeah and number one reason because you got tired, yeah, of when telling people where you were from of hearing, "And I guess that was your accomplice in the wood chipper," yeah.

I'm going to guess that you go to NDSU by your picture. (seriously- as a kid from Minneapolis, why the fuck are you in Fargo otherwise?) And other than you may know some of my friends up there, you should be able to have access to Wallman if that's the case. Actually- I just looked it up, and for students it's free. You should be able to have access to personal trainers as well:

    http://www.ndsu.edu/wellness/fitness_services/

And a fucking rock wall. That builds muscles but not as much as hitting the weights. (I only know because I heard that SDSU's rock wall is x feet or inches higher or something like that)

    I hope that helps.

And Chucky is like god round these parts. I don't recommend hiit unless you're cutting. That's just me though.
