So I know weight matters to some, maybe even most. But I'm currently 208, at the time the video was shot below i was 220-225. I'll never be skinny, wont have a 6 pack. But does that matter?

I use to be on the slimmer side of things and believe me I hated the amount of comments I got about it...Its not my fault that I'm a hard gainer icon_razz.gif

So for me I'm packing in the weight and working to getting a 'fit body'. If I get to apollo's belt then I'm gold....

I don't think I ever want to let g of my fitness...My parents call me obsessive but I don't care...

It matters to me if the weight is fat. If the weight is muscle no problem.

By itself, no. That was an awesome flip set in the video, but the fact is, you'll always jump high, faster, farther, etc as your power:weight ratio goes up. So it's not really your weight that matters; it's more in the muscle to fat ratio.

I like all typs. I think a musclar guy with a little extra, like beefy, is hot as hell lol.

FOr power tumbling? Yes, it will matter.

The best thing, if you can, is to get a physical exam with your doc and ask him what's best for you. Each person is unique.
