    Hi all,

I'm currently about to start my dissertation and I'm doing it on adverse possession/squatter's rights and a Human Rights element looking into how it influences and potentially breaches Article 1 of the ECHR and I'm looking for my comparison. So I decided to compare the UK & Ireland with the United States or Canada which ever one is easier to get info for.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good academic commentary/books and where you could find your legisaltion on the ownership of land as I'm finding it difficult to find the relevant part and don't know of any good academic books to use so i can incorporate them in my dissertation.

Many Thanks if anyone can help icon_biggrin.gif

Scroll down to where it says, "West's Encyclopedia of American Law: Adverse Possession."

This is the law in the United States.
