Increasing Calorie Count

    So, I realize that I need to increase the number of calories I'm currently consuming to get bigger. I'm wondering if any of you have any advice as to CONCISE ways (shakes, calorie high meals) to increase my calories.

    Any help would be fantastic. Thanks!
