    ok i have met this guy who i am kinda liking pretty fast from online he lives not far from me but anywho he told me that he has a brain tumor that can't be removed on his brainstem. i actually like him alot even tho we just met but he was telling me he has accepted the fact that he is not gonna live that long and is not really affected by the thought of dying soon.

    my question i guess is would you guys invest in a ltr with someone who told you this even though you stand the chance of facing one of the worst ordeals in your life, or would you just call it off right then to protect youself.

    The guy and i had a good talk about how alot of his friends are only there for his money and are asking if they are in the will and if they can get the car and house. and he was telling me how it pisssed him off. But, im not after his assest i think he is really cool and nice and he is my type to a country boy with deep voice 6'4 190lbs buzz cut lol. but yea would you do it for love or the money?

    Time is pretty precious when there's less of it to waste. Love is the same.

    Well....

    "my question i guess is would you guys invest in a ltr with someone who told you this even though you stand the chance of facing one of the worst ordeals in your life, or would you just call it off right then to protect youself."

    A few things;

    You get to live; he won't.
    You could go out with a perfectly healthy someone and the next day he has a stroke or cardiac event.
    Love of this kind is all the more valuable for its briefness. icon_wink.gif

    Lastly it's very very unlikely you will get through life without losing someone you love, be it family, friend or lover.

    DON'T get involved if you think it's too painful. Stop immediately because I think rejection over a terminal illness is probably one of the worst ordeals (speaking of ordeals).
