Ran 5K on the treadmill. I ran it in 21:30 which is 6:56 pace. It didn't feel to bad, although now my heel is sore.

I then bike 5.5 miles in 20 minutes and I was pouring sweat.

I have gained about 5 lbs in the last couple of weeks so I need to step up the workouts and lower the caloric intake.
