My arms are the slowest part of me that grows. I am aware of the different exercises; I'm wondering if anyone has any special techniques or combinations of exercises that might help my 14.5" peashooters to grow to 16-17" guns. Are there exercises that work well as a superset, for example, or if you have developed a unique exercise that helps, I'd appreciate it. I know that what works for someone else may not work for me, but at this poiont I'll try whatever I can. Thanks, guys!
