If you mean a quick workout you can do the day of to get pumped up I like the "Spartacus Workout". Its one of those ones you find in men's health every month but its pretty intense, only takes about 45 min and will get you sweating. I don't have a link but im sure if you google it it'll pop up.
If you mean a quick workout to get in shape I have no idea. But let me know if you find one.
