Quick Workout?

    I have a huge birthday party to go to this sat, and I want to look great. What workouts, can you recommend that can help me look great? In such a short amount of time.

    If you mean a quick workout you can do the day of to get pumped up I like the "Spartacus Workout". Its one of those ones you find in men's health every month but its pretty intense, only takes about 45 min and will get you sweating. I don't have a link but im sure if you google it it'll pop up.

    If you mean a quick workout to get in shape I have no idea. But let me know if you find one.

    I am not looking for a total body re-image. I know that can't happen like that. but something that can get the muscles pumped, and to look good.

    Dont eat any carbs for 4 days. Work only your chest and triceps and biceps because that is all that will be seen. On the night of day 4 eat carbs till you puke. Your muscles will swell up.
