    Growing up in Australia , one of my parent's friend in Brisbane had one , One day it gave me a lift , it was a funny little car . ....that didn't need a lot of petrol to go ....and a small space at the car park icon_smile.gif

    HA! He states that it had 32 horsepower and slams it for lacking power. I think he needs to look at a Volkswagen bus to see low power. The first buses had 25 HP and weighed 1.5 ton. My Westy has a whopping 78HP and thanks to the camping equipment and roof weighs far in excess of 1.5 tons... man I love that thing!

    I would honestly love to own and drive one of these. It seems like a challenge... Thanks for posting ideas for my next acquisition!

    Just to let you know, the US embassy in London also had a couple.
    Oh, & it wasn't just the road tax, you could drive them on a motorbike license (they counted as a motorbike/sidecar), you didn't need to pass a car test.
