okay so i have high metabolism, which the greatest thing to have in life, but im just wondering even though im working out if my huge consumption of food makes the work out ive done pointless or anything like that.

P.S. how many meals should have rice in it, considering rice absorbes a whole lot?

If you're trying to lose weight you need to be burning more calories than you're taking in. Ie: If you consume 3000 calories you need to burn more than 3000. I think an average adult male burns about 2000 calories just existing, so you need to do some form of activity to create the deficit.

In regards to the rice... Huh? You don't need to eat rice and if you're not eating plane boiled whole grain rice it will actually work against you, as the typical refined white rice is more or less the equivalent of white pasta.
