    Just curious what your guys' 1RM are for bench press and squats!
    I'll start it off-

    From December 2010-
    Bench-190
    Squat-250

    Mine are pretty bad actually (in terms of how long I've been lifting), but:

    DL snatch grip with deficit 170
    Front Squat 130
    Bench 130
    Dips 55
    Back Squat 165
    Wide grip chins 40 + bodyweight (89)
    Seated DB shoulder press 40 each
    Close grip chins 35 + bodyweight (89)

    at the beginning of jan. my 1RM for my bench press was 255lbs.

    not sure what my 1RM for squats but last week I did a set of 12 at 225lbs

    i maxed out on pull-ups at 32

    not sure what any other maxes are

    I haven't tried to find out my 1 rep max in a very long time, but here are my bench press and squat stats.

    Bench press: 225 lbs, 6 reps.
    Squats: 285 lbs, 5 reps.

    Maybe I'm overdoing it...

    bench :320

    squat: 455

    but really dont need to be strong...work out to look good haha...thats what I do now

    Leg Press - 610lbs

    I haven't maxed out my squats because I'm afraid of injury. icon_redface.gif It's probably in the 260-300 range though.

    Not too impressive, but last year I was benching 135 in March...

    Someplace, maybe on bodybuilding .com? there was a calculator where you plugged in the number of reps to failure at a given weight and it calculated the one-rep max. Not sure how accurate such a thing is.

    It's been a couple of years since I actually worked up to it, but it was around 300 bench, 450 squat.

    (Oops, I guess "a couple of years" means it doesn't really count.)
