Apparently the rumors are true, taco bells "taco meat" isn't really meat. There is a class action lawsuit against them, because their tacos contain only 35% beef and the rest is filler. I always knew it looked mushy for some reason.

    Will you still eat it?

It is to the point, I really hate eating anything "fast food". I remember going into a new "Taco Tico" here about a year ago and ordered a couple of tacos.. and staring at the grease on the paper wrapper.. YUCK!

I've had Taco Bell's tacos too (not so greasy)... this does nothing to bolster any confidence....

The rest is probably textured bean (soy) protein that you get if you eat veggie meat. You really can't tell the difference anyway if it's flavored and seasoned properly.

I can't be sure that's what they use as filler though, but if it is, it's less diseased and healthier than the 35% meat to begin with.

I only go for their Fresco Burrito Supreme with Steak (no seasoned beef there) once a week. But honestly, the only reason I go there is for their FIRE SAUCE. Looooooove it! I use a packet for every bite and grab two handfuls to take home!!

I wouldn't jump on the bandwagon to believe a sleazy lawyer and a yellow journalist. After all, "meat" is mostly water. The story needs a detailed analysis for credibility.

    People eat Kentucky Fried Chicken.

KFC grows their own bio-engineered chickens born with tiny heads, no eyes, no teeth, no feathers and small non functioning bones. These grotesque creatures are designed to produce the most meat and really can't walk to support their own weight and proportions.

KFC is even is even working on a chicken that will produce an extra beast and/or pair of legs to maximize the meat.

In the fertilization process, some of these chickens have extra collagen and skin toughening chemicals injected into them to produce that "extra crispy texture"
