slipped on the ice last week and now i'm in a cast with bruised ribs so most workout is off the radar...I do try to walk every day but that is difficult with the ice and my arm.

    Any suggestions?.............Keithicon_question.gif

I'm an XRay Technologist. I get to meet guys like you, although they are usually 80 year old ladies when they have multiple injuries. Otherwise, it was a baseball bat and a gaybashing. What really happened?
