Triceps account for 2/3 of the upper arm.

    D:

I really hate working out my triceps.
What do you usually do for them?

A thread about this kind of a subject is not closed until chuckystud comes in and says it closed.

Took you long enough to figure it out.

Supposedly the best muscle building exercise for triceps is close-grip bench press. But this is under the assumption that they are performing the exercise correctly. I've seen way too many people with their elbows pointing outward and putting most of the work on their chest.

Anyway, tricep extensions, pull/pushdowns, skullcrushers, tricep dips, etc. Although, I would avoid dips, heard something about the pinching of the nerves or tendons when performing dips.

Ah I LOVE working out triceps. My triceps respond better to lifting than any other muscle on my body so I get to see the results the best and I love it!

I am doing them tomorrow and I will be doing Skullcrushers with the EZ bar, Tricep Pulldowns, and Tricep Extensions. Pulldowns are by far my favorite because I feel them the most, but you gotta switch it up!

Catch 50 pound pigs by the hind legs and hold them up in the air with while the Vet innoculates them and castrates the boars. Repeat for about 3 hours. Eventually your tris will be huge but not as big as your forearms.

    That's how I did it - 30 years ago.

Handstand races up the stairs, seriously.
Not only works the whole upper body but helps better your balance.

This is your answer to everything.

I'm starting to doubt your methods.

    Bench
    Tri pushdowns
    Dips
    Kickbacks
    skullcrushers

There are others you can do as well that I can't think of off the top of my head.

I preferred wrastling calves down for castration and immunization shots. pigs are mean.
