Is it true that high impact cardio such as running and jogging would be bad for someone with loose skin, stretch marks?

Unknown if true or not, but with the "gravity pulls" logic, would running or jogging cause the fat to bounce and stretch the skin more? Or is this nonsense?

wear compression gear and you don't have to worry about that, fabrics will support .

if there's major hanging skin, it could be a concern maybe... who knows, i never heard of it.
age of skin would have to be considered too , it looses elasticity over time.

You get stretchmarks from too much expansion of the skin too quickly- like from muscle or fat gain. Your skin doesn't expand that much during exercise.
