Circuit Training

    When I swam we would do exclusively circuit training for weights. usually we did a 45-60 second on/off cycle. As a coach I had my kids do it because its easier to get 30 people in and out of a dryland session quickly. I'm interested in trying it to kickstart my fitness goals for the new year. Only catch is trying to execute this at a 24 hour fitness is a challenge. Going to a regular gym it is more difficult to maneuver around a proper timed circuit, especially during busier times of when some members spend 10 mins on one machine.

    Has anyone had success with times circuit training? Can you provide any tips or tricks that might either help me create a program or navigate through my gym?
