Is anybody old enough to remember those vibrating machines that had a belt that went around your waist ?
This is exactly the same principle, and just as INEFFECTIVE.

    I was like, "Oh fuck..."

I saw an ad about some vibrating belt thing to make you lose weight in a Nordstrom catalog from like 1909. These shake to lose weight things reappear with a new generation because history fails to be taught. But then again I think this shake thing has an edge as you have to use your muscles to balance it with your arms. So you are actively working out to some degree.
