I'll stick with the 'generic' form. What is so hard about putting it on with your mouth? Rolls on just as quick, or as slow as you want.

I think that condom would be the game killer.... I mean somepeople may be awkward about putting on a rubber, just generally if they are, the whole sex session isn't going to blow your mind anyway. This is comparable in my head to someone whipping out a calculator during a dinner date to calculate a tip.

I don't see the "brand X" condom as being time consuming. Putting on a condom is part of the play.

I don't think it is putting on the condom that is the mood killer - it's the fumbling around to find one, then removing it from the package etc. Still, this could be fun just for the novelty. icon_cool.gif

Interesting product, and perhaps a good option for some people. Maybe not for everyone, but anything that reduces resistance to using a condom is a good thing in my mind. We still have choices, and if this one's not for you, fine, continue with what you have. But USE one!!!

BTW, regarding axbuddy's comment about the calculator for a dinner tip: I sometimes will surreptitiously use my iPhone in my lap for that purpose. I know, mentally multiplying by .2 is not a big challenge, unless I've been having some drinks, and I tend to get a little muddled (and not driving afterwards). But I agree, I avoid bringing the iPhone out into view while I do this, a bit embarrassing.

A tip about tips: try this alternative, if you want to really impress your date at dinner. Pre-arrange the meal to be "prix fixe" (fixed price in French), even if they don't publicly offer that option, and pre-pay it, or if you're a regular, bill you later. Then the tip can be already included. An upscale place will do that for you, when you're making your table reservations beforehand.

Alternatively, you can leave just the cash for the tip on the table, since the dinner amount you would know already, which avoids the awkwardness of not appearing to be tipping your server. A cue to other guests that the server appreciates, and they often prefer cash anyway.

Trust me, you cannot imagine the impression it makes on a date when you're done and get up to leave, and he notices you haven't paid or even received a check. He may offer to pay himself, and you casually say: "Oh, no, it was already paid for. They know me here."

Don't quite get it... envisioning friction burns from those little strips. And wouldn't anything unroll quickly when it's all loose like that?

Well, I think those dildoes are deliberately kinda slender, to make this stunt work better for the camera. I'd rather have seen the demo performed on a real hardon. icon_wink.gif

Here's where they actually describe it, apparently it's 2 narrow plastic ribbons (strips) that are rolled into the condom. You grasp them and pull them down, and the condom unrolls over your cock, like pulling a zipper. The ribbons are then discarded, and you have a standard condom. Seems like a reasonable idea to me.

LOL, yeah, at first I thought the fit was a bit loose....but those weren't exactly very "thick" models, either.
BTW, does anyone know if they still make "Lambskin" condoms? If not, does anyone remember them?

Yeah, I remember "skins." But I think their permeability to HIV is an issue, making latex condoms the preferred safe-sex method for gay men.

What is good about that condom is that it's easy to see the which side is up.

Hmm, never thought about, but it makes perfect sense since they were made from sheep intestines.

Here is a quote from a US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) site, the link pasted following:

Latex condoms are highly effective at preventing transmission of HIV and some other sexually transmitted diseases. “Natural” or lambskin condoms do not provide sufficient protection against HIV infection.

This site can be explored further, which has an enormous amount of info about HIV & AIDS.

ditto'd (not that those are so terrible either, once you get past youthful sex anxiety in general icon_smile.gif ).
So, do these speed condoms (for the busy fucker) come in XL?

Jesus Christ!.....can you say 'impatient' ?!?

Half the fun of using a condom (if indeed you can say it's fun at all) is putting it on your partner or vice-versa. icon_twisted.gif

Leave it to someone brought up in the "MTV 3.5 seconds state of mind" to find it a burden & takes too long!icon_rolleyes.gif

I must not be the only one that has problems putting on a condom. I usually ask the other person for help. Maybe, it's made for folks like me.

Usually to keep the pace going I'll find time to make out and flirt while I'm fumbling w/ a condom. My lil buddy is kinda thick and I doubt that condom would glide dwn so easilyicon_rolleyes.gif

If putting on a condom is enough to kill the mood then something is wrong with the sex you are having.
