    I agree.
    What parent would be stupid enough to let a kid take a toy gun aboard an airplane, knowing how strict security is, in light of all the terrorist threats which have occurred ?

    Many toy guns look almost exactly like real guns.
    Can you imagine the panic aboard a plane, in flight, if somebody saw a gun (real or toy) ?

    The parents should be fined or jailed for their stupidity.

    Read the article, the gun was a 3 inch rifle attached to an action figure. Way beyond reasonable to deny it being on board.

    Haha that is just comedic. Who knows he might have had an enlarger ray and could turn it into something that would actually look like a real gun.

    What a bunch of retards. I'd be embarrassed to say I worked at an airport nowadays. And if I did work at one I'd quit.
