    Hey there, new with the whole protein shake thing, just wondering what some of your favourite ways to eat it are?!

    1 scoop casein
    handful of blueberries
    couple squirts of flaxseed oil
    tablespoon of greek yogurt
    tablespoon of peanut butter
    8 ounces soy milk

    Chocolate-Peanut butter-banana-granola milk shake

    skim milk
    1 scoop Choc. EAS powder
    some peanut butter
    1 whole banana (or half of one)
    1 crunchy granola bar
    some ice or a small scoop of ice cream (after workout)

    I'm lazy when it comes to shakes... sooooo....

    I use the magic bullet for this, its fast and easy.....

    2 Scoops ON Pro Complex, 1 HUGE tablespoon of peanut butter, fill with low fat / skim milk, or soy milk. Blend & Enjoy!!

    Its super quick to whip up, and the PB makes it taste amazing with adding a tiny bit of fat and protein.

    All variations of chocolate. Chocolate is just too good.and banana with dates shake is also my favorite one,..

    A few ounces of canned coconut milk
    1 scoop of pure whey protein isolate
    2 tsp instant coffee
    2 tsp cocoa powder
    maple syrup to taste
    water

    Brown rice, pea, greens, amino acid complexes. It's a really sound supplement that works well with water or juice and is easily digested. Balance out your protein supplement with some vegetable protein.

    Post workout: two scoops Optimum Nutriton whey (chocolate), one tablespoon of creatine, water.

    If just a quick afternoon snack, one scoop whey, one cup 1% milk.
