Moreover can i ask if the skeptical lines down the waist of this guy are also built or he was born having such stuffs already?

OMG I love this sentence. You get an answer for this reason alone.

Those are called the Apollo´s belt. As to how to develop it... mmm mine just happened about 3 months after I started lifting. But at least you know what it´s called.

    Building lats -- wide-grip lat pulldowns; wide-grip pull-ups, straight arm pull-downs.

I've also heard the Apollo's belt referred to as the "Adonis Belt" as well. If I remember correctly, what forms the visible lines is actually a ligament and not a muscle. For it to show up, you'll need a low body fat percentage. Although, some guys swear by hanging leg raises and weighted leg lifts to make it more visible. From my own experience, no matter how many ab exercises I did, I didn't start seeing my Apollo's belt until I dropped body fat.

That is called the iliac furrow, also known as Apollo's Belt or an Adonis belt. Do your core workouts and it will show up as long as you have low body fat percentage.

As far as the lats go, pull ups, wide grip cable pull down, dips, and cable row will all help.

If you want more detail, and tips, message me, I'd be glad to help.
