I been taking creatine for months but I ran out of it past week and haven't had the chance to buy it. I noticed while working out this past week, that i don't seem much difference. I had the same energy and lift the same. Its like it made no difference. So I was just wondering if its necessary to take pre-workout supplement? What supplement do you guys take before workout?
