I been taking creatine for months but I ran out of it past week and haven't had the chance to buy it. I noticed while working out this past week, that i don't seem much difference. I had the same energy and lift the same. Its like it made no difference. So I was just wondering if its necessary to take pre-workout supplement? What supplement do you guys take before workout?

Mate, don't stress over it. The only thing I take pre workout is WPI. If you feel (emphasis on feel) like you need a boost, take some creatine, or down a coffee beforehand.

I say feel because although there is "significant" evidence on creatine usage to improve size and strength, I'm not a huge believer in it, but knowing there is evidence out there for it plays nicely as a placebo effect strong enough to lift me.

Eat some real food; a small portion of meat and some veggies before working out, not supplements.

pretty people don't need supplements . . . it's just the guys with back hair, unfortunate tattoos, their mothers' figures, and low self esteem . . .

some pre workouts are more effective during the first 2 months of use. Your body was probably already used to it by the time you stopped taking it.
