I had oral surgery and i can only eat soft food now. I'm not bill cosby, I can't subsist on Jello-alone. Are there any tasty food that are soft but don't make you fat?

Sapote, cherimoya, and (if you're feeling adventurous and are well downwind of anyone you might offend) durian. Cherimoya has got to be one of my favorites. Thick, New England clam chowder is pretty tasty and a lot heartier than the aforementioned fruit. Also, you can do a lot with guacamole. icon_wink.gif

    +1 for hummus

Apple sauce, non-fat NSA frozen yogurt.

If you have a blender you can turn any fruit into a smoothie or any veggie into soup.
