I completed 7 miles with the Vibrams, still bit pain on the left foot, but getting better just need to push through it and strengthen it. No problems with the right. My time was no great in view that I had to stop. (1:30).The weather was great today in mid - 70s, we really had a light winter here in N. California...hooray!icon_biggrin.gif

18 K, 1:30. Tried to run the actual route of the half-marathon today, which included the 200 meter climb. The weather is 7'C and rainy. Took slow jogging breaks instead of walking breaks.

I added almost an extra mile onto my daily distance this week (starting on Saturday, that is). So, I went from 5K up to 6.5K. I'm managing to complete it right around 38 minutes. Working to get the time to drop down to around 30 minutes before I add more distance.

My running goals are to do a 5K around 25 mins for a race in April and to complete a 10K race in June.

7 mile run after work in just under 50:00, then a long, relaxing swim.
