I went to the nude beach today to soak up some sun and go swimming in the ocean for a little while.
    Ahhhh...I love winter. icon_biggrin.gif

I think it's good for your skin, but I've read it's not any good for putting in your food or water to drink because it causes bloating and your body to store whatever water you put in after taking it.

It's really good for skin. I've always been prone to acne, and swimming in the ocean is the ONLY thing that's ever stopped it.

As for the food, yeah, it does cause you to retain water...just as any other high sodium product. The key is limiting how much of it you eat.

I've noticed that the seston goo that lives in the top two inches of the sea makes pretty good hair product, too.

What was the water temperature? I may go down there this week, when C is at Broward House. He doesn't like the beach, and less so a nude one.
