Quick, yummy, healthy snack with A LOT of calories!

    I'm in desperate need of gaining weight (well I wouldn't say desperate but its a personal goal)

    I'm not a big eater and thats probably part of the reason I'm so skinny...I also have a realllly high metabolism.

    Does anyone know any quick, healthy, and preferably light on the stomach snack that I could eat between school, working out, and swimming?

    I need to get in those extra calories but don't always have time...

    Any suggestions??

    Carry a bag of almonds with you. Walnuts are good too. They're very healthy, and have some good fats.

    Peanut butter, nutella, and banana on whole wheat. Pretty damn tasty.

    Wild whole grain rice. Get a rice cooker, and it takes almost no time to make and keeps for at least a day in a lunch bag.

    Bananas are fairly easy to carry around with you.
