Semi Fasted Cardio... this fitness model says he does it, is it any good?

    Hi Guys

    new to the forum and trying to get back into shape after about 8 months out of the gym...eek!

    anyway trying to follow the advice of this fitness model who talks about 'semi fasted cardio' in this video...

    This is appropriate for those going from lean (15% body fat or less) to very lean. Those who are above this level shouldn't have a problem with fat mobilization.

    I do it whenever my glycogen stores are high to kick off a low carb diet.
    i.e. the first 2 days of a new diet or the first 2 days after a cheat day.

    I've tried it other times, and I inevitably lose strength in the gym.

    "fat mobilization"? I'm not sure I understand...
