So first off, I know there must be a lot of posts on this topic already so links to forums are strongly encouraged. Here it goes:
I've been a competitive track athlete my whole life and just finished up my NCAA eligibility. Now its time to gain weight. Problem is, I work a lot and don't have time to cook. I'm fresh outta college and don't have the money to be blowing on a ton of supplements. I cut cardio out of my workouts for the most part, take creatine, egg protein powder, keep granola bars and almonds in my car at all times and eat all day long.

So, I would love some ideas for great protein packed meals that can survive in a hot car all day in between jobs or some hearty meals that stay fresh for a couple days. Any pointers?

Also as a side note, my weight fluctuates pretty drastically. I am naturally very skinny and can lose up to 6 pounds in a 24 hour period. Any experiences/ thoughts about this?

Once you figure out what the whole food sources are, see if you can find a cooler and some ice packs for keeping meals cold while in the car. There is a 3-meal ($70) and a 5-meal ($100.00) cooler on bodybuilding.com.
