Running Log - February 9th

    Ran 4 miles on the indoor track. Ran it in 27 minutes for 6:45 pace. I sped up for the last 3 laps to sneak in at 27 minutes but I am pleased with the result. Still the heel is sore and might be consistently sore but just going to try stretching a massage to help it out some.

    GO get a heel cup for it. IT will help it heal and provide cushioning. I think spenco makes one, you can get foam, or gel.

    okay will do! Thanks for the advice. It just aches but doesn't prevent me from running or walking.
