I'm very concerned about what i did, can u help me here? is this a risk for HIV: I have received unprotected oral sex from 2 different guys a few times each, French kissed them and a few other guys a couple of times each, sat on aguy's penis(which was covered by his underwear, which had a wet spot from his semen), and I had no underwear when I sat on it and after I got up, I felt wet around my inner thighs and buttocks; I kissed the shaft of a guy's penis without a barrier(gave him 2 quick pecks), and his penis felt dry when I kissed it and so did my lips after I did it, and I had fingering and mutual masturbation and got some semen on my index finger and wiped most, if not all, of the semen on his shirt(but I didn't see it either), and then i touched my inner labia(labia minora) with that same finger(it might have still been a bit moist from what i felt of it), and I also had an incident with him where I had some of his semen on my fingers and DIRECTLY touched my inner labia(labia minora). I got a hickie(which left a red mark on me), and touched a guy's penis(which seemed moist) and then touched a one day old open cut on my lower lip, and he rubbed his own penis(which might have been a bit moist from his semen, then he touched my genitals a few seconds later. I didn't see ANY visible fluid on his finger, but I'm concerned. Am I at risk for HIV? I had this happen. Is this risky for HIV, ANY of it? Why or why not? testing needed?

Yes, I'm a straight female. I came here b/c I couldn't find a good place to get answers. Please forgive me. I didn't mean any harm, but needed help. I respect all, regardless of sexual preference. Was I at risk?

If you're not sure, get tested. Be safe, rather than sorry.

You may have a very slight risk for HIV. Oral sex is not high risk, and you don't know if these guys were HIV poz. Your open mouth sore concerns me the most. If these were straight guys that further lowers the risk, but does not eliminate it.

An HIV mouth-swab test won't reveal anything for about 3 months after exposure. It takes that long for the antibodies to develop which the test detects. There is a blood test that gives results within about 3 weeks after contact, but is usually only available from a doctor and is more expensive, and never free to my knowledge.

So get tested. If tested through free or public clinics, the results won't be conclusive until 3 to 6 months after contact. For faster results, see a doctor. Ask for the latest form of early testing.

It was a one day old open cut, so does that make it slightly better?

yes, they were straight, to my knowledge? Either way, Would u say that I'm close to zero risk for HIV from this?

Yes. I'd bet all the money that I will earn in my lifetime, that you don't have HIV. Get tested in three months, and don't blow people when your mouth is gross in the future.

If these men were heterosexual, your risk is very low. The highest at-risk group in North America and Europe is MSM, and of those, the most vulnerable are the ones who engage in unprotected receptive intercourse. Moreover, the risks associated with ejaculate outside the genital areas, as well as oral sex, are very low. Most (90%) of people infected have symptoms within a week, called the acute phase. It's hard to get infected and not be aware of it; your body generally tells you.

Yeah, you're not. Relax and take the test in 3 months if you're still thinking about it, which you won't when you don't develop the characteristic symptoms. Just enjoy safer sex until you get into a ltr and don't worry about it all the time. It isn't that easy to get infected.

Thanks for telling me that I am NOT at risk for HIV and do NOT need to test. Why do I feel so guilty though about this?

I'm not saying this to make you really nervous but I was infected with HIV from oral sex . I contracted it because my retainer at night, especially when the heat in my apartment is blasting during the winter, gives me the nastiest sores. I'm not that sexually active so there weren't too many guys I had to ask about the last time they were tested. Fortunately, the guy that infected me, didn't know he was infected, so he too is on his way to obtaining the proper treatment. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, it's scary. I know. However, regardless of your status, from here on out you now know better that just because something is low risk, doesn't mean it's okay to engage in it.

Hello, he performed oral on me, I did NOT go down on him. Meaning, He put his mouth on my genitals, NOT vice versa.

Nice chart. However, I'm a female and both of my partners were male, and thus, cunnilingus(them going down on me w/o a barrier) was NOT even on the risk factor risk. what about that?

Well my dear, I hate to break it to you but you are posting on a GAY MALE fitness site. Stop being rude. All these people are trying to put in things perspective and educate you about HIV and you have nothing but sass in return. Maybe you should post on a FEMALE health site, where it would be assumed that other females will be responding.

Who goes to a Gay male fitness site to ask about whether or not someone performing cunnalingus on you will give you HIV? You're asking the wrong crowd...Here's to hoping tjat you will demonstrate and use more common sense in the future, as opposed to being just plain rude and sassy.

Well my dear, I hate to break it to you, but as your very first post here, that was pretty presumptive & rude yourself.

Suppose you just idle back a bit and merely observe some more for a while, OK? Technically she shouldn't be here, but apparently looking for the best source for something HIV-related. We could redirect her without insults, I think?
