Hey guys I'm a new member but am loving this site. I usually workout 5-6 days/week and figured I'd give this workout a try. I got through the first two days with no problem but the third day kicked my ass and I am so embarrassed. The second day I got a great leg workout and my legs are more sore than they have been in quite some time so thats great. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble already on the third day in the first week...
