Any thoughts on how one can shave or remove hair of their own back?

break the claw part off a back scratcher and then attach a razor to the end, then shave away

^^^^^^^ This ^^^^^^^ Shaving may make it grow back thicker and doesn't last long. Laser hair removal is ultimately the best if you can afford it because it is permanent

I think it depends on your hair level... the pic the guys posted above "is going to take some work"....LOL

If you just have a little and want to keep it cleaned up, I'd just shave. I'm lucky, I have hair on my chest where it's wanted and not much on my back at all, but my bf has a little in the center of his back. I'm happy to do it for him, but when I'm unavailable, he uses a pair of pliers as an attachment for the shaving process. It works well for him.

Hm, if you had some pics, I bet many on here would volunteer to shave you.

    Meanwhile:

Like having a personal trainer, a dentist, a hair stylist you trust. Find an aesthetician and get them to do that and they will take care of other skin issues.
    My partner is one.

Have sex on your back a lot--preferably on a very rough, cheap carpet/rug--and call me in the morning.

    Love it.:-)

    Try Neet or Nair?

It's easy enough to slather on in any area and keeps it baby smooth longer than shaving.

I shave my back roughly once a month with my Braun shaver using the trimmer device.

Hair growing back thicker after shaving is actually just an old wives' tale. It seems coarser because when you shave it, you leave sharper edges which makes it feel rough when it comes back in.

Manscaping is a pain in the ...well, back.

I get it, brother. Boy do I get it. I have an abundance of testosterone and thus....baldness everywhere but where I'd like it. Not quite the rug in the post above...yowza! ...but sufficiently annoying to my taste to keep it groomed.

I soap and Schick every day. Razoring works for me, laser is too costly, and there are now several groomers like the one shown in the post above, but razoring works best, I think. Depiliatories for men still can burn and irritate, I find. Waxing never worked for me because it left some ingrowns on more than one occasion and that was worse than the tug.

I actually crafted an extension for my razor, that lets me change it out to a new disposable every day to get hard to reach places. Pretty easy to do once you have it down.

Yeah, like that would really work....DUH, don't you think that if shaving your hair made it grow back thicker...there wouldn't be ANY bald men in the world?
Do some SERIOUS research on the anatomy of a hair follicle and let me know how THAT turns out...... icon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gif

has anyone on here had laser hair removal?

it's easy to believe the promos and ads, but as the OP explained, the guys on here are trust-worthy*, so anyone willing to offer some personal experience on the matter?

*sometimes, not always, but mostly ... maybe
