Any alternate positions for hands during push ups and etc?

Recently, I've been working out a lot where a lot of my weight is on my hands-push ups, plank, other general lower body exercises.

But the point is my left hand has been bothering me when I put weight on it. Right on the first bone and underneath it that connects directly to the middle metacarpal bone.

Are there any hand positions where I don't have to put weight on my wrists so much?

Clinch your fists and do pushups on your knuckles.

Buy and use these, or see if your gym has them:

Thanks, I've been doing the clenched fists. I will try the grip.
