    For a country that is about to introduce death penalty for being gay, those Ugandans don't seem very threatened about the sexual condition of Scoot Mills.

    They seem like they're just of a joke. I expected something more serious...

    I guess that shows the "decision" to impose death penalty doesn't really come from the public opinion over there.

    But what exactly is public opinion in such countries ? icon_confused.gif
