No, and I've belonged to gay naturist clubs, and use nude facilities. Even the official lifeguards at our legal nude beach here wear red suits while on duty, though between their frequent shifts they'll often strip off their suits until back in the tower again.
At all the clothing-optional gay resorts I know, from here to Key West, the staff all remain clothed, it's only the guests who are naked. Artists' models pose naked, but not a job in the sense you mean, I think, and I see you've done that.
I do seem to vaguely recall that in some parts of the Mediterranean where they have traditional grape crushing by foot, the men can be naked, but you'd have to research that yourself. And I'd think limited to local families there.
There's always nude, or nearly nude dancing at gay clubs, the Bourbon Street Pub in Key West has that, but not sure at your age, quite frankly. And that's only while performing, the rest of the time you'd be dressed like everyone else.
And in fact, I can't think of anything where you're naked all or most of the day. Maybe on a small gay naked cruise ship, like a masted schooner, some of the crew going nude along with the passengers? I'm just guessing.
Interestingly, I have been on archeological digs where varying degrees of undress occurs, as you say, though why that's so widespread in that field I don't know. Very common for the women to go topless, the men shirtless, though pantsless is a bit more exceptional.
So I'm kinda stumped by your request, but will give it more thought. Years ago you could have been a men's locker room attendant or pool lifeguard at a YMCA. I remember those guys were naked much of the day, as all the swimmers were, but those places are all gone now.
