So Passover is coming up and I do not want to lose 10 pounds like I do every year. I can still eat meats and dairy (except pork, shellfish and meat/dairy combo) but the additional prohibitions during Passover make it difficult because alot of supplements would be unavailable to me at this time. Do you know of supplements that have no grain products? Soy does not count BTW and its allowed.

What about vegetables, including starchy vegetables?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with kosher, but you can get a lot out of a sweet potato.

looks up the adventist diet... it's a good guide on how you might eat during passover... Imagine growing up on that

Would a whey only protein work for you?
Also, losing a few pounds is a small price to pay when commemorating the Exodus. You should embrace that aspect.

Try this: http://www.koshervitamins.com/shop/stores_app/Browse_dept_items.asp?showpage=1&Page_id=17&categ_id=646&parent_ids=0,1,13&gclid=CITooajkhqcCFUbf4Aodx2C4cw. They seem pretty legit as far as actually checking ingredients to make sure they're kosher for Pesach. It actually reminded me of a friend's birthday years ago during Passover where we had to avoid bringing any chametz into his mom's house, so I bought some potato vodka for him. Good stuff.
