So Passover is coming up and I do not want to lose 10 pounds like I do every year. I can still eat meats and dairy (except pork, shellfish and meat/dairy combo) but the additional prohibitions during Passover make it difficult because alot of supplements would be unavailable to me at this time. Do you know of supplements that have no grain products? Soy does not count BTW and its allowed.
