I'm not getting anywhere with my workouts in the past few months and the most important reason is because I can't stick to a goal/strategy. Some weeks I want to add muscle, others I think I should lose fat first. Other times I actually want to GAIN fat for the sake of my gaunt face.

So forget the gaining fat part... I'll have to forgo my face. icon_cool.gif In the long term, I want to add muscle and have low bodyfat, but right now my bodyfat is higher than I'd like. Although I'm thin, I'm not as defined as I want to be, and my abs hardly show. Is it a better strategy to target the fat first? I know how to eat for either strategy, but I just don't know which strategy is best. icon_confused.gif
